For the 2021-22 School year we will institute a one-to-one computing initiative that will provide all students with their own Chromebook computer. We believe this program will have a positive impact on students’ learning experiences and teachers’ instructional practices.
Many of you have already been issued a school device from Hale. You may continue to use it during the upcoming school year. If you do not have a Hale-issued device, the district has set up a portal where parents can request one, and provide consent, for each of their LAUSD students. Only one form is needed per family.

After you submit the form, the district will send an automated confirmation instructing you to come to school to pick up a device. Please Do Not Come to School. We are in the process of assigning computers to students, and will distribute them at school, to all students whose parents complete the form, through their Advisory classes.
If you have a device that needs repair, you will be able to exchange it for a working one.
