Beginning Band (Period 4)

Beginning Band is for seventh and eighth grade students who wish to learn to play traditional band instruments, including flute, oboe, bassoon, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone horn, tuba, or percussion.

Beginning Band meets every school day during period 4.

Beginning Band students will learn basic fundamentals of music performance, music reading, and music theory.
