Parents of Hale’s Culminating Class of 2021,
Although a return to campus is still uncertain, we have begun preparations for a virtual culmination ceremony to celebrate our 8th grade class. The ceremony will be modeled after last year’s virtual event which we shared online with the entire Hale community. Again, this year, we plan to include a slide show featuring photos of all of our 8th grade students, set to music.
Since we have not been able to hold a live picture day, we are asking you to provide us with photos of your 8th graders to include in the presentation. Ideally, the photos would feature your son or daughter, dressed as they would have been for a live culmination. The photo should be of them alone, in a well-lit setting, without props or other people, and suitable for framing.
Photos should be saved in jpeg/jpg format, and emailed to Tim Jaffe – firstname.lastname@example.org – by Friday, February 12. Be sure to include your child’s first and last name in the subject line of the email.
This year has been a constant reminder of the important role that you, our parents, play in our educational community. We could not do the work that we do without your partnership. We look forward to celebrating our 8th grade culminating class, together, this June.
